Cluster Health & Mission Cancer Brokerage Event

The Research Council of Lithuania National Contact Point and the National Contact Point at the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR, Poland), in collaboration with the Lithuanian Research Development and Innovation Liaison Office in Brussels (LINO) and the NCBR Office in Brussels, and in partnership with French and Belgian NCPs and Polish Industry Contact Point (BPK), are pleased to invite you to a high-level brokerage event dedicated to Horizon Europe Cluster 1 Health and the Cancer Mission. 

This event is designed to support stakeholders interested in participating in upcoming Horizon Europe calls and in fostering strong international partnerships. It will bring together researchers, innovators, healthcare professionals, and policymakers working in areas such as healthcare innovation, clinical trials, digital health, and artificial intelligence. 

Participants will benefit from: 

• insights into upcoming Horizon Europe 2027 calls and priorities, 

• contributions from distinguished speakers representing the European Commission, the European Parliament, and leading European health research institutions, 

• opportunities to pitch project ideas, identify partners, and join consortia.

The event is organized just prior to the EU Cancer Mission Showcase, which will take place from 29 September to 1 October 2026 in Brussels (Belgium).

This event offers an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and discuss challenges and opportunities related to environmental and brain health, digitalization, and disease prevention. Representatives of the European Commission and research institutions from the Baltic and Western European countries will share best practices and challenges encountered while implementing projects under Horizon Europe. Pitching sessions and personal matchmaking enabling participants to move from dialogue to concrete collaboration and project development under Horizon Europe calls.
